As he and Cedric struggle to work out their differences as roommates, Steve bets Regina he can put together a school band in fewer than five days. - - - After running into the school board president at a local restaurant, Steve promises a performance by the school band at an upcoming banquet. Though excited by the chance to make a good impression, Steve is stunned to learn, due to budget cuts, the school no longer has a band. Steve bets Regina he put a band together before the banquet. If Regina wins, Steve must wear Bermuda shorts and sing ""I Will Survive"" while gardening in Regina's yard.
